API Solutions for large data volumes

We use Azure best practices in using the following technologies. We have proven many times over that the Azure stack for API deployments is hugely cost effective, yet secure and scalable.

• Azure API Management. We use Azure API Management as a turnkey solution for publishing APIs to external and internal customers. We can create consistent and modern API gateways for existing back-end services hosted anywhere or create new APIs. Azure API Management secures and protects them from abuse and overuse, and provides insights into usage and health. Developer portal for subscriptions and key management with Swagger documentation. Security policy managed via the Azure management console.
• Azure API Applications. We develop native Azure API Apps that can be consumed by the Azure API Management gateway.
• Azure Service Bus. Our API and Worker Applications integrate natively with the Azure Service Bus. Asynchronous operations give you flexible, brokered messaging between client and server, along with structured first-in, first-out (FIFO) messaging and publish/subscribe capabilities.
• Azure Worker Applications. To complete the asynchronous architecture, these Azure applications subscribe to and pull messages off the Queue and perform business processing on the data before updating the database.
• Azure SQL Server PaaS. We deploy and manage Azure SQL PaaS databases that are scalabale at the click of a mouse. Point in time restores, robust long term backup. Active geo-redundancy capability. A true elastic cloud database with excellent pedigree running some of the world's largest mission critical systems.

Azure Data Analytics and Business Intelligence

Microsoft are at the forefront of cloud based data analytics. A true elastic data warehouse, Cosmos DB for less structured data, Azure IoT Suite, Machine Learning & Cognitive Services in the cloud and Power BI for data visualization.

Ddaas have developed an Azure-native Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) engine and API integration suite over a number of years that enables us to deploy bespoke Azure solutions in days rather than months.
